If I Don't Have Anxiety, OCD, or Body Image Issues Can I Come See You? 

Please reach out and explain to me what you are hoping to accomplish in therapy, We determine in the 10 minute phone call to determine if I am the appropriate fit for your needs.  

The initial intake assessment will be a 50 minute session to determine:

 1) Goals for Therapy 2) Frequency of session visits 3) Discuss treatment plan.

  1. ​Cost per session $145.00 per 50 minute Telehealth or in person session

  2. $185.00 per Initial Intake​

  3. 18 and up 

  4. Workshop Cost $200- $1,000 dependent on created content. Reach out for individual quote 

  5. Speaking Events: $200.00/hour
